A.Ulyukayev: economy development level of Russia fell below an average in the world

In the current year level of economy development of the Russian Federation fell for the first
time below an average in the world, head of the Ministry of Economic
Development of the Russian Federation Alexey Ulyukayev declared.
The Ministry of Economic Development explains these processes by a low environment of the world markets and the European recession that had led to decrease in volumes of Russian
exports.
The Ministry forecasts are unfavorable: next year Russia won't be able to return on
average world level.
