Rosagroleasing reveals enrichment schemes of Elena Skrynnik
Skrynnik made money at purchases by using a chain of affiliated companies.

A new Rosagroleasing management analyzed the enrichment scheme of Skrynnik at the beginning of zeroes when she took a position of the head of the company. From documents of
that period follows that the ex-official earned a fortune by concluding milliard contracts of Rosagroleasing with intermediary companies affiliated to Skrynnik at unprofitable prices, then the
machinery was transferred to doubtful agri firms without hope for payments.
According to Rosagroleasing, it was much more favorable to buy agricultural machinery
directly from producers, however the preference was given to "own"
intermediaries, whose participation added a large margin to the machinery cost.
Such scheme allowed, formally without breaking the law, to profit from
financial and economic activity of the intermediary commercial structures which
weren't investing own means.
