OilWorld experts note that because of pouring rains sunflower collecting goes slow in the Black
Sea Coast that can threaten with an essential shortage of a harvest. According
to forecasts of meteorologists, heavy rains won't stop until late September.
All these factors will soon lead to a rise in prices on sunflower in the region,
consider OilWorld experts.
