Rostselmash demands 8 million subsidies from Agriculture Ministry
The Ministry of Agriculture refused to give a subsidy to the enterprise because machinery was acquired by means of Sberbank bills.

- On April 29 the arbitration court of Moscow will continue to consider complaint of a large producer of agricultural machinery OOO Kombaynovy Plant Rostselmash against the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation and the Federal Treasury, in which the enterprise demands from the respondents payments of 7 585 881 rubles subsidies.
- The Ministry of Agriculture and the Federal Treasury refused to Rostselmash payment of subsidies because the part of machinery, sold by the plant, was acquired by means of Sberbank bills, whereas such method of payment isn't provided by the government resolution No. 1432 dated December 27, 2012, which establishes rules of granting subsidies for producers of agricultural machinery.
