Bryansk interregional veterinary laboratory has found E. coli and residual amounts of antibiotics in dairy products manufactured in the region, reports Gazeta.ru with reference to the Bryansk media.

It is reported that experts have tested more than 2,200 samples of milk in the course of about 24 thousand tests on the parameters of quality and safety. The audit showed that the 378 samples do not meet the requirements of the CPS.

Among the identified gaps increased content of mesophilic aerobic and facultative anaerobic microorganisms, the presence of a group of bacteria Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus, as well as antibiotic residues.
