This was stated by first Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov at the opening of the fifth session of the Russia-Singapore high-level Commission.

"Of course, sanctions are bad, but this is the time when you want to use the time for a specific job, for the development of relations with countries of the Asia-Pacific region", - said the first Vice Premier.

Russia relies on the interest of Singapore in cooperation on development of the Far East, said Igor Shuvalov.
