The members of the chamber of agriculture and Commerce Estonia plan 17 September in Tallinn to hold a rally on the distribution of free milk to the population, reports RIA Novosti with reference to Baltictimes.

Department specialist Martin Vilan said that passers-by on the street will give a thousand liters of milk to Estonian citizens turned their attention to the difficult economic situation, associated with the introduction of restrictions on import of products from the Russian Federation.

"Sometimes it's good that milk is cheap, but when people in rural areas are unemployed, this is not funny, "said Willan.

According to members of the chamber of agriculture, the farmers of the country need support to be able to overcome the crisis in the industry. Representatives of the chamber believe that the state is able to provide financial support to farmers in the amount of 23 million euros.
