A major fire broke out at the plant of the manufacturer Valio dairy products in the Finnish city of Tampere. It is reported by the TV company "Julia".

Valio produces 90% of all products sold in Russia, in Finland. The group also has its own factory in Russia: branch Yershovo in the Moscow region and leases production line of dairy products factory "Galaxy" in the Leningrad region.

Unit Valio in Russia was established in 1994. The most famous in our country brands Valio are cheese Viola, Oltermanni cheese and butter Valio.

Import Valio products in Russia in 2013 amounted to €242 million, representing 85.4% of the total Finnish exports, fell under the ban by the food sanctions Russia.
