The first Deputy Prosecutor of the region Alexander Lorenz approved on Wednesday the indictment, TASS was told at the regional Prosecutor office.

"Lautenschlager charged with fraud and embezzlement of the state's 3.7 million rubles, as Director of the company "Russian grain", - said the assistant Prosecutor Tatiana Borodina.

According to her, the actions of Lautenslager fall under the article "Fraud upon receipt of payments with the use of his official position in a large amount," and "a Fraud committed using official position on an especially large scale".

The investigators found that in the period of its operation Director of Russian grain in 2006-2008 Lautenschlager was stolen from the Federal budget funds through illegal VAT refunds and subsidies. For this accurate accounting records were submitted false tax returns, was used several one-day firms. On the basis of fake documents were also obtained Bank loans and government subsidies, which Lautenschlager was kidnapped.
