"It is established that the outstanding dairy products that do not meet the requirements of the technical regulations", - noted in the review body.

Laboratory studies have shown excess hygienic standards for levels of coliform bacteria in several types of yogurt. In sour cream with a fat content of 10% specialists found mold in a quantity exceeding the hygienic standard.

"The use of specified dairy products in food pose a threat to life and health of people", - stressed in the CPS.

Director of production company "Milk of Buryatia" brought to administrative liability with the imposition of a fine of 20 thousand rubles.

Previously the Supervisory authority reported that its staff revealed numerous violations of technical regulations and sanitary and epidemiological rules in the production and sale of milk and dairy products in Buryatia. In 54 cases, the offenders were fined a total of more than 170 thousand rubles.

Since the beginning of the year in the Republic issued 14 orders to eliminate violations made 18 recommendations on elimination of causes and conditions that contributed to an administrative offence.
