Padar called Estonian farmers more to come on the market in this country, as all the political conditions for this are created. November 25, Padar and Deputy Minister of agriculture of Belarus Leonid Marinich signed a Memorandum of understanding agencies of the two countries. Also positively ended negotiations of Padar with Minsk oblast Governor Semyon Shapiro.
