Workers of Perm branch of "Nestle Russia" unhappy future reductions due to the closure of the production line souffle and intend to go on picket on December 22. This was stated by the Union of the local branch of the company. The picket will be held at the building of the administration building on Heroes Hassan, 108, reported in the organization.

According to the organizers, the reduction can tap dozens of workers. "The factory management has preferred to operate behind closed doors and without a long-term plan, it was noted in the students Union. Data about job vacancies and staffing were hidden, the principle of equality and justice, as well as the requirements of the Russian legislation has not been complied with. A work of the highest discharges were offered only low-skilled jobs, and in many of those were subsequently denied."

Being a reliable and responsible employer, the company Nestle has expressed readiness to provide all released permanent staff jobs at other production sites. These workers were made alternative proposals for employment in the production, based on the capabilities of the branch. Today, more than 60% of employees involved in production souffle, already wrote a statement on the occupation vacancies. Temporary employees will continue its activities in the branch in the framework of the concluded employment contracts. In turn, the trade Union Committee was advised in advance about the situation, the further steps of nestlé in respect of employees, as well as its intention to strictly follow the requirements of the Russian labour legislation", - said in the company, and stated that the reduction does not threaten other productions at the factory.

Production line souffle works with the autumn of 2010 and produces up to 10 tons 18 items per day. Power of the Swiss company were transferred to Perm from Moscow.
