Farmers will receive subsidies on the development of vegetable growing in open field and in greenhouses. For each hectare of crops depending on the types of vegetables will be paid from 10 to 30 thousand rubles. Greenhouses will receive 200 thousand rubles per hectare. For the development of commercial horticulture provides subsidies to 200 thousand rubles per hectare of intensive garden and 50 thousand rubles per hectare of existing gardens.

In the regional budget, in particular, there are 45 million rubles for the construction of storage of vegetables and fruits, about 40 million rubles for the processing of vegetable raw materials, including, apples, juices and jams, noted in the press service of the government.

Kaliningrad region now provides their needs in potatoes, pork and grain, but does not cover the needs of residents in a full range of vegetables and fruits. For solving the problem from the oblast budget for three years annually allocated 1 billion rubles.
