On the website of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Monday published the country's budget for 2015. According to the data tables to the law "On State budget of Ukraine for 2015" in the coming year, the state stops funding for this sector of agriculture, animal husbandry.

In the state budget for 2014 to support pastoralists provided for the allocation 888 million UAH in the framework of the financing of the Ministry of agrarian policy and food. These funds were intended to pay special budget subsidies for the maintenance and preservation of young cattle, grown and sold for slaughter cattle, partial reimbursement of expenses for construction of livestock farms, as well as the purchase of pedigree cattle.

The reduction in funds has affected not only the breeders. This year the government will not allocate funds for the development of hop-growing, vegetable growing, tab young orchards, vineyards and berry bushes. Last year the corresponding budget was expected to allocate 100 million UAH.

At the expense of the Agrarian Fund, associated with the storage, transportation, processing and export of objects gosstrahovaniya the state intervention Fund in the state budget 2015 pledged 100 million USD (equivalent of 2014). Program organization and regulation of institutions in the agricultural sector and support the Agrarian Fund plans to allocate 15.5 million UAH (in 2014 - 16.4 million UAH).

But the producers had more luck. In 2015, the increase of the authorized capital of NJSC "Ukragroleasing" for the purchase of equipment with subsequent transfer to farmers in financial leasing planned to spend 54 million against UAH 52 million USD a year earlier.

Not so lucky subordinate to the fishermen and veterinarians. According to the document, the expenses on subordinated to the Ministry of agrarian policy of the State veterinary and phytosanitary service in 2015 will be 712,078 million UAH (in the state budget-2014 - 2,029 billion USD), the State Agency of fisheries - 120,297 million UAH (161,214 million USD), the State Agency of forest resources - 458,307 million UAH (511,413 million USD), the State Inspectorate of agriculture - 57,452 million UAH (203,105 million USD).
