The Ministry of agriculture, U.S. (USDA) in the January report has increased the forecast of grain exports from Ukraine in the current 2014/2015 marketing year by 6.8%, or $ 0.7 million tons to 11 million tons.

At the same time, the estimate of the wheat crop in the country remained unchanged - 24.5 million tons. Carry-overs at the end of the marketing season reduced, respectively, of 5.92 million tons up with 5.22 million tons.

Indicators on production and exports of feed grains stored: 37,79 million tons and 20,66 million tons. Including the corn crop, as in the previous month, estimated at 27 million tons, the forecast for export - 16.5 million tons.

As reported, citing the Ministry of agrarian policy and food, the grain harvest in Ukraine in 2014 exceeded 64 million tons, excluding collection in the Crimea. Since MG and on January 12, according to the Ministry, grain exports amounted to about 20 million tonnes, including wheat - to 8.34 million tons.
