The property Fund of the Novosibirsk region put up for sale "Plemzavod "Pashinskiy". The initial price of the lot is 134,8 million rubles, according to the auction documentation.

"Plemzavod "Pashinskiy" is located in the village of Garden of the Novosibirsk region. On sale 100% of the share capital of the company, which is engaged in cattle breeding and milk production. The auction will take place on February 16.

According to the documents, the company leases the land area of 750 hectares and has several barns, a dairy plant, premises for agricultural machinery and other buildings. Just a property of the plant has more than 20 properties.

Previously the property Department has repeatedly tried to sell the plant, but the applications for participation in the auction were not received. The last attempt to implement the company officials were taken in October 2014.
