The Federal Antimonopoly service (FAS) of Russia opened in respect of CJSC "Trade house "Crossroads" case of discrimination suppliers. This is stated in the message Department.

FAS believes that "Crossroads" was created discriminatory conditions, defining a different price for the same scope of services for the promotion of food products.

Recall that the "Crossroads" of the Russian supermarket chain owned by the company X5 Retail Group. The company sells a wide assortment of products as a third-party proizvoditeli and under its own brand.
