"Virtually all products growth above inflation, - he said. Only the price of mutton and milk increased by 11.5 percent exactly on the level of official inflation below the rate of growth of prices for bread and potatoes, everything else has increased above inflation."

According to Septia, double-digit growth in prices for cabbage, likely related to the fact that snow last year fell early, and there were difficulties with harvesting.

The increase in the cost of sugar on 77% of the head of the regional branch of "United Russia" was explained by the fact that producers are forced to repay foreign currency loans, which they took for equipment upgrades. So the growth is explained at sugar plants in Voronezh.

A question about the sharp rise in buckwheat, the reserves of which are in the area, will be discussed at the meeting of the special Commission for the Governor, said Septi.
