The Federal service for supervision of consumer rights protection and human welfare (Rospotrebnadzor) has suspended the importation into Russia of salt production SE "Artesol" (Ukraine). This was reported on the website of Rospotrebnadzor.

Relevant information is sent to the Federal customs service and the Department of Rospotrebnadzor of the subjects of the Russian Federation.

The CPS from November 2014 in connection revealed by the mismatch of salt production SE of a disused requirements for the content of impurities, iodine and organoleptic indicators, increased control over the specified products at checkpoints across the state border and in the retail network, said in a statement.

"The results of the research in the implementation of the Federal state sanitary and epidemiological supervision and the Federal state supervision in the sphere of protection of consumer rights confirmed the violation of the requirements of the current legislation specified by the manufacturer", - informs the CPS.
