According to him, the meeting touched all the "pain points" of the Russian economy: credit, high interest rate, growth in food prices. "We agreed that within a week we will prepare all proposals from the relevant committees", - said Khairullin.

"Now we are preparing a list of activities that will help to stop the rise in food prices, "he said. But you have to understand that to stop the growth of prices administratively impossible. Why has the price increased? 48% of food until November-December were imported. That part of the imported products, which remained in our market, rose in price. How to deal with it? Only an increase in the supply. The substitution of food is the main way to combat food inflation".

He added that it is also necessary to deal with the rising cost of food. "Producers of mineral fertilizers gave the farmers a 20% discount, but the currency has increased by 97%. The price of fertilizers in the country grew by more than 50%. Therefore, we should encourage fertilizer consciousness. They should not cash in on hard times. Fair price for our farmers would be the price January 2014 plus inflation", - said the MP.

"We have very deliberately to work out mechanisms to prevent the growth of costs. Now we are working on it. We have proposals from the Committee and the fraction that will be included in the anti-crisis plan", - concluded the Khairullin.
