X5 Retail Group, one of the largest food retail companies in Russia, announces the launch of cross-sectoral cooperation of the Federal trade network "Pyaterochka" and JSC "Kaluga plant Remputmash Group of RPMS, a subsidiary of JSC "Russian Railways".

Today, the General Director of the trading network "Pyaterochka" Olga Naumova and CEO of RPM Group Konstantin Danilov in the presence of the Governor of Kaluga region Anatoly Artamonov and chief financial officer of X5 Retail Group Elena Milinovi signed an Agreement on social partnership.

According to the document, on the basis of the 10 companies of the group in several regions of Russia within 2015 will be opened training centers shopping network for the retraining of redundant employees with further employment in the state, one of the largest retail networks. Partnership project groups RPMS and trade network "Pyaterochka" supported by the Russian professional Union of railway workers and transport builders (REPRISAL).

After signing the Agreement at the Kaluga plant Remputmash solemn opening of the first training center. On the same day, a similar training center "Pyaterochka" was opened in the Perm plant of RPM Group.

JSC "Russian Railways" is one of the largest railway companies. Purposeful efforts to introduce modern technologies and optimization of business processes lead to substantial improvements in productivity. In the released part of the staff. X5 Retail Group is one of Russia's largest employers in the state which is about 120 000 people. The company dynamically develops trading network "Pyaterochka" in the regions, as well as opens and reconstructs the shops the other two their trade Perekrestok and Karusel, therefore, the need for specialists to work in modern stores high. Last year, the X5 has created an additional 15 000 jobs.

Annual training centers "Pyaterochka" on the basis of RPM Group is able to prepare for work in modern retail up to 3000 people in the field of "store Manager", "Assistant store Manager", "Merchandiser", "Supervisor, Specialist distribution center", "operations engineer", "Engineer on labour protection". The training centres will be able to pass not only the employees of the factories RPMS, but released from production workers in other companies not included in the structure of the Railways.

In the Kaluga oblast, there are 74 Universam "Pyaterochka" and 3 supermarket "Perekrestok". During the year the Company plans to open new stores and remodel an already running. The first shop Pyaterochka in the Kaluga region was opened by the company X5 Retail Group in 2007.
