The investigators believe that in 2012, four employees Barnaul division of the insurance company LTD. "WITH "Rus-R", under the guidance of the actual head of the insurance company was planning to steal the funds allocated by the state as compensation costs for crop insurance.

To implement his scheme was bogus insurance contracts with agricultural producers (more than 100 contracts).
