Kuibyshev district court fined 11 thousand farmer Alexander Bakshaev, who in February 2015 dumped in front of the local branch of Sberbank cart of manure in protest against the credit policy of banks. This was announced by TASS in court.

Bakshaev found guilty of an offence under article 20.2 of the administrative code (violation of the established procedure of organizing a meeting, rally, demonstration, picketing).

"The court decision has not yet entered into force. The documents sent to him (the farmer) by place of residence (in Novosibirsk), and on receiving them he court has not notified", - said the Agency interlocutor.

Alexander Bakshaev on the night of 13 February 2015 dumped before the Department of the Siberian Bank of Sberbank of Russia cart with manure, a setting close stylized gallows banners reading "Bankers are the enemies of the people" and "Down with credit slavery".

Thus he expressed his protest against the credit policy of financial institutions, which, in his opinion, ruining farmers. The Bank to the correspondent of TASS explained that Bakshaev is their client.

Previously, the court fined 5.5 thousand rubles assistant farmer, which he was asked to ride the cart with manure to the Bank. The court found that the tractor Alexander Latynin violated the requirements of the sign "no Entry".
