Italy wants to impose a license on pizza around the world and get paid for it

The Association of Italian manufacturers of pizza, extremely alarmed by the quality of cooking "Queen" of the local cuisine, proposes to introduce a special license for its manufacture.

To avoid further attacks on the good name of Italian pizza chefs has already sent a proposal to the authorities with a request to introduce a legal binding standards for its manufacture under the famous brand "Made in Italy" in Europe and around the world.

To get the coveted license, piccilo will have to listen to a special rate for a minimum duration of 150 hours, during which you will undergo practical lessons on making pizza, lectures on the science of nutrition, hygiene and security in the field of nutrition. However, in support of local authorities, to whom they gave a time for reflection until the autumn, Italian piccalo, it seems, still a little unsure.
