The reason is that the Federal government provided subsidies of 20% of expenses of agricultural producers for the construction of these facilities under the condition of 5% co-financing from the regional budget.

For co-financing of Federal programmes in the regional budget will provide for 80 million rubles, said Deputy Minister of agriculture and food of the Samara region Roman Nekrasov at the meeting of the Committee for agriculture and foodstuffs. All the deputies considered amendments to 30 "agricultural budget" for 2015.

It is planned to reallocate undeveloped balances of the regional budget, and also take into account more than 57 million rubles received last week from the Federal budget. Balances for which the recipient is not found, will be directed on repayment of debts of the regional budget before farm producers on reimbursement of expenses for the purchase of agricultural machinery and pedigree cattle.
