It is assumed that in the municipal districts of the Fund will change with cooperation, for collective use by farmers and entrepreneurs organize the procurement of machinery and equipment, fertilizer, seeds, etc. the profit of agricultural companies the money spent will gradually return to the Fund.

The Foundation also plans to provide legal and consulting aid to agribusiness. Specifically, the promotion of modern approaches in production, on the basis of the Autonomous non-commercial organization created by the Center of engineering. It will help entrepreneurs with the repair, adjustment, upgrading of equipment and technology. For partial compensation of their costs brought about 12 million rubles of Federal funds.
