According to the investigation, the accused asked one of the farmers "kickback" for facilitating the grant for the development of its economy and failure to control over its use. "Rollback" was supposed to be 10% of the amount of the grant.

"On 7 may 2015 the official was detained red-handed when receiving from farmer 140 thousand rubles", - stated in the message.

G. Glazunov was dismissed from his post for the period of the investigation were under house arrest. The court appointed a punishment in the form of a fine in the amount of 140 thousand rubles, said in a press release.
