In 2015, the Federal service of the Orenburg region investigated more than 4 thousand samples of milk and dairy products. Summing up the results of inspection, experts have found that the proportion of samples that do not meet the requirements of technical regulations of the Customs Union "On safety of milk and dairy products" in terms of identification increased 1.5 times.

About 20 samples of milk products not conforming to the requirements on fatty acid composition following manufacturers identified in the region.

About 150 batches of dairy products a total of 609 kg Agency staff rejected and removed from realization. As reported in the press service of Rospotrebnadzor, in each case of detection of counterfeit products conducted activities aimed at preventing trafficking of these products. Employees of enterprises that have implemented low-quality products, brought to administrative responsibility and must pay the penalty for the sum more than 140 thousand rubles.

The CPS reports that in the territory of the Russian Federation identified 40 "dairy" companies that are listed on the product packaging as manufacturers, but not at the stated address.
