It is expected that the law on "the far East ha" ("On peculiarities of providing citizens with land plots for far Eastern Federal district and on amendments to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation") will launch on may 1 in relation to the pilot areas in each subject of the Russian Federation in the far Eastern Federal district for residents of the Far East, and in the second stage, from December 2016 district-wide for all citizens of the Russian Federation.
