By 2023, the far East will build 200 new plants, said on Wednesday the Minister of the Russian Federation for Far East development Alexander Galushka.

"Until the end of the year we plan to open - if) 16 new factories, 16 new businesses in these new shells, tools that are created. Next year, 41 new project is started already, in 2018, - 70 new projects and 2021-2023 years together, 200 new factories in the far East", - said Galushka at the meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin, which was also attended by the presidential envoy in the far Eastern Federal district Yuri Trutnev.

Galushka noted the creation of the Agency for attracting investment to the far East, which interacts with potential investors.

"If we talk about the structure of today's 200 companies, 40% are industrial enterprises, 20% is transport and logistics, 20% - agriculture 10% tourism and service. That is for them still stands and diversifying the economy of the Far East, which is also very, very important", - he said.

The Minister added that these projects are going to present on the first East economic forum. He also expressed the wish that on the forum told investors on how they work in the Territories of priority development (TOR) in the far East.
