28 June 2016 in Krasnodar, held a meeting with grain exporters operating on the territory of Krasnodar region and representatives of the grain terminal and port elevators.

The purpose of the meeting was the discussion of topical issues of implementation of international obligations in the field of plant quarantine for export and import operations with grain, the requirements in the field of quality and safety of grain and products of its processing in the implementation of foreign economic activity.

The event was attended by Zakharova O. V. head of Department of land surveillance, control of quality and safety of grain of the Rosselkhoznadzor, Korolev Yu. M., Director of the fgbi "Center for grain quality assessment, Orlenko S. M., acting Minister of agriculture and processing industry of the Krasnodar region, Kudrya V. G., acting Head of the Rosselkhoznadzor Administration for Krasnodar Krai and Republic of Adygea, A. S. Fontanesi, Director of the fgbi "Krasnodar MVL", the participants of foreign economic activity, 33 companies exporting grain and its processing products, and 14 port elevators and grain terminal facilities.

The meeting was brought phytosanitary requirements for export and import transactions and the turnover of grain and products of its processing on the territory of Russia.

Attention was drawn to the need for an early preparation of the ship of the party, with the latest updates 2015-2016, posted on the official website of the Rosselkhoznadzor.

The participants of foreign economic activities listed on the exclusion of evidence of transportation of grain and products of its processing from other quarantine and phytosanitary zones without quarantine certificate.

The necessity of change of the technological line of the loading of grain in Yeisk and Temryuk ports, excluding the loading of grain into vessels with open areas to prevent the spread of pests of quarantine significance, and to exclude moisture and pests of grain stocks in order to avoid grain damage.

The event was held in the form of a dialogue, business representatives received answers to all the questions.
