28 Jun 2016 FKP "Karasuk" inspectors of the Rosselkhoznadzor Administration for the Novosibirsk region held the phytosanitary quarantine control of fruit and vegetable products with a total weight of 16.3 tons arrived by road from the Republic of Kazakhstan. During the inspection the inspectors identified the party of apples without documents with markings of Polish origin with a total weight of 200 kg. of Comprehensive measures for the removal of "sanctions" products was carried out together with representatives of Novosibirsk customs, regional offices of traffic police and Federal Agency for transport supervision, as well as the Border Department of the FSB of Russia.

In accordance with the decree of the President of the Russian Federation and the government of the Russian Federation about the destruction of smuggled products detected a batch of Polish apples were destroyed in Karasuk in the specialized area in a mechanized way.

Besides, experts of Department of supervision in the sphere of plant quarantine in the arriving batch fruit and vegetable products revealed 72 kg Argentine lemons and 100 kg Kazakhstan garlic without phytosanitary documents certifying their safety. Issued an order on the return of the goods to the sender in Kazakhstan.
