Orenburg company engaged in waste management, has concluded the contract on processing of products of sanctions with the local Rosselkhoznadzor.

Using special equipment, the company turns confiscated at customs food (fruit, vegetables, cheese and even meat) to biogas, which is used to fuel cars. Among the latest examples of processing of the sanctions goods – large lot of beef, detained at the checkpoint "Searchin".

A weight of 1.7 tons without the veterinary certificate of the Customs Union were transported to Russia from Kazakhstan. Every recycled pounds of counterfeit goods brings recycling company a profit of 6 rubles. Thus it works at cost - this amount covers costs and taxes. Employees Rosselkhoznadzor control the refining process, being present at each disposal. In addition to the sanctions on the processing goes expired food from local farmers.

"Since January, so already disposed of about seven tons of food. As a basis we took the technology of methane fermentation - it is prevalent worldwide and it is used including in wastewater treatment plants. The uniqueness of our directions that include Express recycling mixed raw material, including waste of agricultural production", - says Director General of the processing plant Nikolay Kokarev.

Products produced from the biogas composition is similar to natural, but its production is more environmentally friendly and cost-effective. Fuel received by the employees of the company while enjoying themselves, tucking machines, which transport the waste. The next stage of the project may be the creation of a network biosurvey stations.

According to the head of the company, to bring the idea to life came together: assistance was provided to scientists of the Orenburg state University with the assistance of the regional authorities. A year ago the initiative to let destroy "sanctions" for biogas were made by the former mayor of Moscow Yuri Luzhkov. The idea of a former official and now - businessman-farmers much relished, however, beyond good intentions did not get. While it was done only in Orenburg.
