Rospotrebnadzor of the Omsk region from the beginning of 2016 amounted to 250 protocols on administrative violations of technical regulations of dairy products in a range of both local and non-resident enterprises, the press service of the Ministry.

According to the Agency, from January to June was checked 202 project in accordance with the requirements of the technical regulations. Investigated 397 samples of milk and dairy products, of which 11,6% (46 samples) did not meet the requirements for fatty acid composition. As the Agency notes a discrepancy, primarily associated with the identified laboratories differences with what is stated on the label in terms of fat content, composition, acidity of the product.

The amount of penalties on the revealed violations amounted to 5.7 million rubles.

"Issued orders on elimination of the reasons of violation of Technical regulations, on withdrawal from circulation of products, revocation of declarations; letters are sent to the certification authorities to revoke certificates. Suspended 5 certificates, revoked and suspended the declarations of the Federal accreditation service in 15 cases", - stated in the message.

Among the offenders are both local and nonresident enterprises.

In the five cases, the manufacturer is not installed, since the territory of the region, these enterprises do not exist. It is organizations as OOO "Siberian", "Kalachinsk oil and fat company", LLC "Dairy products", JSC "Kalachinsk dairy plant", JSC "Syrodel". Materials are directed in UMVD across the Omsk region to establish places of production.

Now, the CPS conducts a mass screening of milk processing enterprises of the Omsk region. They will last until September.

In a press-service of the Ministry of agriculture to Agency "Interfax-Siberia" has informed that in Omsk region there are 80 companies, their divisions and workshops of small capacity, engaged in the production of dairy products. Capacity of the enterprise allow to process about 700 tons of milk as raw material per year. The volume of processed raw materials of own production is about 370 thousand tons. The largest manufacturers of the industry are JSC "lubinsky produce plant" and "Manros M" (branch of JSC "Wimm-bill-Dann"). They account for about 50% of milk processing, which is implemented by regional producers.

According to the Ministry of agriculture in Moscow in 2015 was made 160,9 thousand tons of dairy products. The share of milk production accounted for 68.5%, or 703,1 thousand tons. The import of dairy products amounted to 276,1 thousand tons, export - 348,8 tons. Agricultural products are exported in more than 60 regions of Russia, CIS countries and far abroad.
