In the framework of the protest protesters handed out to citizens, representatives of political parties and members of the public organization "Children of war" rations of the siege of Leningrad (300 grams of black bread) as a symbol of the coming decline of agriculture regions of the earth.

According to the protesters, the financial-credit policy of the monopolists of agricultural holdings creditor will bring farmers to the point that they will produce grain, which is enough only for bread rations to the besieged Leningrad.

The protesters tried to draw the authorities ' attention to the fact that the policy of the President of the country to support the agricultural sector does not work in areas where agricultural holdings and the lenders pressured farmers inflated interest rates and wild percent for the minimum delay payments.

"The President, trying to support farmers, but on the ground, with the connivance of the authorities, they are pressured inflated interest rates and low prices when buying vintage. Lenders impose agricultural producers wild percent over the minimum of delay. And yet, using legal above, through the courts and take away the harvest, and equipment, and land", — said the head of the Union for the protection of peasant farms Alexander Samozvancy.

At the end of the protest protesters signed a resolution which urged regional governments to legally limit the activities of selfoscillation at the state and local levels and to provide legal support to the farmers of the region.
