However, agricultural markets have a special place in the system of trading service of the population, they have significant volumes of fresh perishable products. Selkhozbank are often the only channel for marketing their products for leading private farms, individual entrepreneurs and farms.

The resolution is amended in another document of the Cabinet, which is calculated the ratio of the population with sales area of objects in General. The method of calculation involves a formula containing such factors as the population in the municipality, its area, a number of factors, in particular, the radius of commercial services for the settlements.

"In order to normalize the situation in this region signed a decree approved the rules and the procedure for calculating the minimum number of area of trading places used for the sale of food products in retail markets. The decision will contribute to the preservation of market trading, which are essential for the population from the standpoint of economic availability of food products," explained on the website.

It is proposed to consider trading places on the agricultural markets and agricultural cooperative markets, specialized markets for the sale of food products and 30% of trading places in the universal markets. It is noted that in many municipalities market trade represented only these types of markets, where approximately 30% of the total number of shopping places used for the sale of food.
