September 12, the Central Union of farmers of Estonia held at the Parliament building on Toompea protest. Farmers have constructed an installation of 10 thousand milk bottles - one in memory of each cow was put under the knife because of the low purchasing prices for milk. On each bottle was provided the nickname of the cow and date of her death.

In addition, the area in front of Parliament brought the wooden "Trojan" cow, which has invested packs of imported milk.

Therefore, the farmers tried to attract the attention of the Parliament, government, consumers, food retailers, food industry and farmers to the problem of the crisis in the agricultural sector of the country.

After the rally, dozens of seniors received free milk remaining after installation. The rest of the farmers gave to Food banks and charitable organizations that gave milk to the needy.
