Pierre Breton, member of the house of Commons standing Committee on agriculture and food of the region announced the investment of $690 thousand, which will be transferred EVQ - Association of poultry producers of Quebec.

In this project, Department of poultry breeding at the University of Montreal faculty of veterinary medicine will evaluate various alternative strategies and their impact on the productivity of animals, based on the previous research project. The University will look for solutions that can be applied to the whole of the poultry industry.
