It is reported that the taste and appearance of the final product is completely identical to pork or beef. The project, entitled Gold & Green Foods is in the production of so-called "extracts from oats".

During the patented process developers of oats and beans mixed, heated and pressed – the result is a protein-rich product that has a texture and taste reminiscent of meat. While oats are a source of nutrients, beans contains valuable amino acids, and both ingredients complement each other, being the basis of "oatmeal meat".

In the future, the creators of the project Gold & Green Foods plan to expand the production of vegan meat substitute and to reach the international level.
