The head of government assured that the draft budget includes the indexing of all social payments and pensions to inflation in 2016. He also drew attention to the fact that the draft budget provides support to regions to solve their financial problems and reduce debt load.

He stressed that when forming the draft budget, the government laid the fulfillment of social obligations. The Prime Minister also noted that the government and the Duma will have to work hard to agree on the parameters of the budget. "I am confident that we, together with colleagues from the Parliament will make it", — said the Prime Minister.

Dmitry Medvedev stressed that in connection with complex, multivariate situation in the economy the main financial document of the country is based on conservative forecast.
