In 2016, "YUGAGRO" once again confirmed its status as the largest agricultural exhibition of the country – its products at the exhibition presented the 720 companies from 32 countries and 48 regions of Russia. The total exhibition area was 60,000 sq m. the organizer – the company "KrasnodarEXPO" (part of group ITE).

The event takes place from 22 to 25 November in the Krasnodar exhibition complex "Expograd South", where visitors are offered a wide range of products of the agricultural sector – from the impressive size of equipment to seeds.

The ceremony of official opening of the 23rd International exhibition "YUGAGRO" took part: Deputy Minister of agriculture of the Russian Federation Gromyko Evgeny Vasilievich, Deputy head of administration of Krasnodar region Box Andrey Nikolaevich, Chairman of the Committee on agrarian policy and consumer market of the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnodar region, Ivan Petrenko M., honorary Consul of the Federal Republic of Germany in the city of Krasnodar, the Director General of the company "Klaas", a strategic sponsor of the exhibition Ralph Bendish, commercial Director of "Rostselmash", the General partner of the exhibition of Shvetsov Alexey, Director of separate subdivision "the ITE Expo" in the city of Krasnodar Elena Telnova.

At the opening of the exhibition Evgeny Gromyko noted that in 23 years of conducting "YUGAGRO" was the largest agricultural exhibition, coming on the Federal level.

"This level we will support", — said Deputy Minister of agriculture of Russia. — "Here tend to get all the business representatives and agricultural producers of our country and foreign guests".

Andrew, the Box on behalf of the Governor of Kuban welcomed the participants and guests of the event, stressing that the exhibition "YUGAGRO" is the most important event for farmers, at the end of the season.

Also at the exhibition opening it was announced the holding of a new exhibition company "KrasnodarEXPO" on agricultural topics. As reported by Elena Telnova, the exhibition "PharmExpo Krasnodar" will be held from 25 to 27 October 2017, a month before "ЮГАГРО2017, and will present a wide range of equipment, fodders and veterinary products for professionals of livestock and poultry industry.
