According to the document, the company expressed its intention to establish a long term and mutually beneficial cooperation on the organization of Assembly production of Rostselmash products on the basis of the national enterprise.

Thus, given the start of the project, which was on October meeting with Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Ulugbek Rozukulov and the Deputy Minister of industry and trade of the Russian Federation Alexander Morozov with the participation of representatives of the Association Rosagromash, and Rostselmash.

As reported, the parties agreed to study the possibility of organizing a joint production of harvesters and other machinery on the territory of the Republic, having in mind that from the Russian side the participant of the project by the company.

It should be noted that the theme of the Assembly production of Rostselmash in the territory of Uzbekistan rises recently for the first time. According to the Director for exports and the company, at the Moscow AGROSALON the company took on its stand and the head of the machine-building holding company of Uzbekistan, which has expressed willingness to provide a site for assembling production and to act as a partner in its organization.

"Economic forecasts provided by the holding company on this project, are more than optimistic. And even if they will come true in part, the project is expected to be cost-effective and economically reasonable for both parties", — said the representative of the company.

Recently the General Director of JSC "Chirchik plant of agricultural machinery" by A. Saidullaev visited the production facilities of GK of the company located in Rostov-on-don, agromashin and trailed and mounted agricultural equipment and discussed with management the details of future cooperation.

"Rostselmash we defined a list of necessary for us and suitable for the conditions of Uzbekistan of equipment. First and foremost, this equipment for tillage, chemical protection of crops, are working on the issue in hay and forage machines. Also discussed forms of cooperation. We hope this will be a joint Assembly production with a gradual increase in the level of localization", — said Asadullah Saidullaev.

"Uzbekistan and Russia has always had strong ties. I am sure that the new joint project will allow to solve important tasks on modernization of technical base of agricultural enterprises in the Republic. We work in the framework of the Republican program of support of manufacturers of agricultural machinery. Moreover, recently published a resolution that sets the task to the early start of production of the chosen technics" — added Mr. Saidullaev.

The representative of the company noted that the process of approval of necessary documentation and phased project development. According to plans, by spring field works of the first products of the joint production must be received into economy of Uzbekistan.
