"Proposal for development of the program of concessional lending for large families to organize their farms based on the experience of the Rostov region, which is active in the development of family livestock farms and creation of peasant (farmer) farms. During the four years of the program in the region issued more than 430 such grants, — said the member of public chamber Leonid Shafirov. — However, a very significant limiting factor for budget grants, of course, is the requirement to have large families substantial amounts of equity. To rectify the situation and to increase the availability of grants for organizations large families farms, according to a member OP the Russian Federation, may provide the heads of large families as a whole or other credit institutions long-term loans with deferred repayment of principal and interest to the plan in accordance with the business plan of the date of receipt of large family income from the farm. The term and repayment schedule should be synchronized with the receipt a family-run farm revenues.
