"Kagal dairy" was part of the "Group ALL" and produce milk, sour cream and a number of dairy products under the brand name "meadow". In 2011 the owners began renovation. In particular, on the loans MTS-Bank was acquired by new production lines.

In 2013. due to the sharp growth of prices for raw milk (from 14 to 20 rubles. per liter) of the "Kagal dairy" financial difficulties began: the factory failed to pay the interest on the loans. Currently, the total payables of JSC "Kagal dairy" is 1,061 bn, of which the share of MTS-Bank is RUB 465 million

In July of 2014. the factory owners established the LLC "Milk plant "In the meadow", which is engaged in manufacture of dairy products, using the power of the "Kagal dairy" on the terms of the lease. In November of this year the court has entered at the enterprise supervision in the framework of the bankruptcy procedure.
