The meeting will consider issues about measures for the organization and provision of in 2017, seasonal field work.

In the current version of the state program of agricultural development in 2017 in the basic scenario laid gross harvest of grain and leguminous crops in farms of all categories at the level of 92 million tons in optimal – 107 million tons.

The draft of the updated programme assumes that in 2017, the gross harvest of grain and leguminous will be 104 million tonnes.

Earlier, the head of the Ministry Alexander Tkachev said that agrometeorological conditions of wintering of plants was satisfactory. He explained that "according to the regions of the total area of crops of winter grain crops in good and satisfactory condition of the crops on the area of 16.7 million hectares, or 96%".

The total sown area in Russia this year will amount 80,104 million hectares. Spring sowing is planned to spend on the square 52,681 million hectares of winter crops sown on the area of 17,361 million hectares.
