This was announced by chief specialist-the expert of management of Rospotrebnadzora across the Kemerovo region Tatyana Senina at the meeting devoted to measures to counter the falsification of dairy products in Kemerovo.

She clarified that we are talking about counterfeit. In particular, the proportion of fake cheese increased from 15% in 2015 to 41.8% in 2016, butter – from 25% to 37.2% respectively, the figure for the cream remains at the level of last year – more than 15%.

While in 2015 it was adulterated ice cream and drinking milk, then in 2016 the share of these products accounted for 30% and 12% respectively. The share of adulterated condensed milk fell from 16% in 2015 to 8% in 2016.
