The Rosselkhoznadzor from 11 April 2017 has introduced temporary restrictions on the importation of products of Polish company Zaklady Tluszczowe w Bodaczowie Sp.about.in connection with the identification of genetically modified ingredients, according to the materials of the Department.
So, after laboratory studies revealed the presence of genetically modified ingredients in selected samples of soybean meal produced by the Polish company, which was exported to Russia.
"In the case of admission to the Russian Federation of production of the specified enterprise shipped before the date of introduction of temporary restrictions, the decision on clearance of such cargoes is accepted in a usual mode with the subsequent obligatory laboratory control for the presence of undeclared GM ingredients", – stated in the message.
