In Morocco completed the work of the second session of the Russian-Moroccan mixed Commission on cooperation in the field of fisheries. The Russian delegation was headed by Deputy Minister of agriculture, head of the Federal Agency for fishery Ilya Shestakov, the Moroccan Secretary General of the Department of Maritime fishing of the Ministry of agriculture and marine fisheries of the Kingdom Zakia Dries.

As reported in the press service of the HEADLIGHTS, the sides discussed the results of the implementation of the first year of the agreement between the governments of the Russian Federation and Morocco on cooperation in the sphere of marine fisheries dated 15 March 2016 Agreed commercial terms for the second year of validity of the document.

According to the agenda of the meeting, the sides considered issues of further scientific and technical cooperation, training of marine personnel, as well as the possibility of export supply Moroccan fish products.

"The parties expressed satisfaction with the results of the first year of the agreement. At the end of the second session of Russian-Moroccan mixed Commission for fisheries signed a Protocol", – told the press service.
