The delegation included: Deputy Minister of agriculture Edward Kutasov, rector of Penza state agricultural University Oleg Kukharev, Dean of engineering faculty of GAU Penza Alexey Polikanov, General Director TD "Bearing" Sergey Gubsky.

Before the working meeting the General Director of ZAO SP "Bryanskselmash" Valery Saleev official told the guests about the history of the enterprise, its current state and on the growing production volumes, and showed a complete cycle of the production process.

During the negotiations the sides discussed topical issues of cooperation and development of the agricultural machinery industry, and also agreed to a preferential supply of agricultural machinery to farmers of the region. For this purpose "Bryanskselmash" and the Ministry of agriculture of the Penza region signed a cooperation agreement. Now, local producers will be able to purchase grain and forage harvesters "DESNA POLESIE" with 10% discount.

Another important point of agreement is the joint development of agricultural educational institutions. According to the document, for the new school year "Bryanskselmash" will open a dedicated corporate audience in the Penza state agricultural UNIVERSITY. Also, the University will be held a presentation of the expanded range of equipment "DESNA POLESIE" so that students would clearly understand how things work and how the processor, how is the process of cleaning.

In addition, the head of the regional agricultural Department Andrey Burlakov and the Director of "Bryanskselmash" Valery Saleev discussed the possibility of participation in the exhibition specialized agronomic measures.
