Scientific-production Association "Biogrin" is going in October 2017 to run in the Samara region a factory for the production of oyster mushrooms.
Now completed the first phase of construction, which is designed to produce 7 tons of mushrooms, 15 tons of substrate daily, told the Manager "Biogrin" Vladimir Filippov. for comparison, the largest Russian manufacturer produces 500 kg/day.
According to Vladimir Filippov, the selling price will be mushrooms 120 RUB/kg and the retail margin – 16-25%.
The cost of the first phase of the project – 600 million roubles, of which almost half are borrowed funds. The whole project is estimated at 3.3 billion rubles. It will consist of five phases and include, in addition to a production unit in Samara region growth of premises in Moscow, Saint-Petersburg and Yekaterinburg. The project will be implemented by August 2019, resulting in "Biogrin" intends to reach the production capacity of 30 tons of mushrooms a day, or more than 10 thousand tons per year.
